Service Provider Interface

In this section, you will find a detailed description of the different integration flows with Market and proprietary Healthcare Information Systems (HIS), in order to achieve low implementation costs and high customization capacity.

The flows represented here require the publication of a set of endpoints by the HIS, as described in each corresponding section.

Additionally, the HIS must make calls to the specified webhooks in order to keep relevant information synchronized on the Osana's platform after the initial load.

This type of integration allows us to relieve the HIS from the responsibility of the presentation layers (Web, Mobile, and Chat), with Osana being responsible for rendering the flows described below.
